Storytime! : 
"Lady Krakenshire lived in the enchanted city of Laudanomork. The wise, kind, yet strict leader of the clan of Krakens was the worshipper of Astarté, and became a well respected priestess in her cult.
She was also a good listener, had a kind word of advise for everyone who turned to her. And her people trusted her, since she kept all their secrets safe and never started a gossip, no matter what secret she was entrusted with. 
But one day, the ever-jealous Lady Olmort, true worshipper of Hera visited her with a demand: 
"I know my husband's been cheating on me with other women. I demand to know their names, their clans, their whereabouts, for I'm sure he confessed all of this to you!" 
But Lady Krakenshire remained silent, and told her that she never revealed any secret that she was meant to keep.
Lady Olmort at first begged her, later warned her, not to stand in her way, after she threated her, but Lady Krakenshire remained silent, and didn't reveal to her the answers she wanted to hear.
Lady Olmort captured Lady Krakenshire, and locked her up in her castle. Once again, she kindly asked her about the names of her husband's secret lovers, later she threated her, and since Lady Krakenshire remained silent, the torture began. 
But it was no use. No matter what torment she brought upon the Lady, no matter how much she broke her body, she couldn't brake her spirit, and Lady Krakenshire kept her secrets, and the only words that left her lips were prayers to Astarté. She prayed for her to save her from this torment, to end her sufferings, no matter how, just free her from the pain. 
And the goddess answered her prayers. One night, she appeared in the Lady's prison, and promised to end her pain and to free her. The goddess separated the seat of her soul, her head from her aching body, and accepted the Lady in her army of spirits and demons, as her duenna. 
The clan of Krakens, the members of Astarté's cult, and all those who loved Lady Krakenshire were outraged by the actions of Lady Olmort. They captured her and dragged her to the temple of Astarté, summoned Lady Krakenshire from the mystic realm, to hear her judgement. 
"What do you wish, dear Lady?" they asked" Do you want us, to torture her? To mutilate her? To curse her? We would glady sacrifice her, to bring justice to you and punishment for her! Just tell us, what kind of punishment you want for her!"
But the floating head of Lady Krakenshire gave them a gentle smile and an unexpected answer. 
"I don't want you to do any harm to her. Leave her be, allow her to have a long life!" 
"But why, my Lady?" asked someone from the crowd "After all she did to you, she deserves punishment!" 
"Don't you see?" said the Lady"She's been punished already, and she will suffer for the rest of her life. She's jealous, ever demanding answers and explanations, and she can never rest. She knows that I have all the answers, I know all the secrets she's trying to reveal. But she will never get what she wants, no matter how hard she may try. This is her punishment, to spend her long, miserable days in eternal doubt, fear, mistrust and in the obscurity of her own jealous mind."
And so Lady Olmort was set free, but the hatred and loathing of the people of Laudanomork haunted forever. 
As for Lady Krakenshire, the Keeper of Secrets...She remained by the side of the goddess Astarté as her duenna, and she kept listening to the prayers of her worshippers, just like she did in her mortal life. Sometimes, on moonlight nights, her pale, beautiful face appeares above her beloved city, as she's listening to all those secrets, prayers, wishes of the eternal Laudanomork."
